Immigration Reform 2013 – New Immigration Law

Construction groups criticized the limits on the guest worker deal.  The groups want reform, but are concerned with the size and scope of the temporary guest worker deal.  While the groups want more visas, Unions want to minimize the number of guest workers allowed because they believe the program depresses wages and takes jobs away from Americans.
